Since the start of 2023, all employees of Mads Nørgaard – Copenhagen & Nørgaard, including the management team, company departments, wholesale and all our stores, have been taken through a cultural change programme to strengthen their knowledge and skills in working strategically with diversity, equality and inclusion.
Mads Nørgaard – Copenhagen wants to qualify for the Prism Certificate and, based on a series of surveys, workshops and observations, the company has been given a number of actionable recommendations to follow, which form part of a tangible 3-year action plan.
This process is part of a long-term and ongoing collaboration with MANGFOLD, who devised the programme in 2023 in collaboration with consultancy firm NORM.
Mads Nørgaard – Copenhagen & Nørgaard will continue to work with MANGFOLD. They will act as our consultant and will monitor our progress so that the we can become Prism-certified and show the outside world that we take social sustainability seriously and have the courage and will to lead the way.
